Talentlockr Clinic Waiver & Participation Terms

By registering for this clinic, I acknowledge that participation in physical sports activities involves an inherent risk of injury. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in any part of the clinic.

I hereby release and discharge Talentlockr, its employees, coaches, and partners from any and all claims or liabilities for injuries or damages to my person or property arising out of my participation.

For participants under 18 years of age, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and grant permission for my child to participate. I also grant permission for Talentlockr to use any photographs or video footage taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
